Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following a documented process. Run jobs independently, review job specs, pull materials, load the truck, collect payment on-site, and close out the job in the system the same day. Also handle service calls on existing systems and complete post-install steps at every job (customer check-in, yard sign, and door hangers). Reads the job spec before arriving; maintains high quality standards; closes paperwork promptly; works independently and follows a proven system with opportunities for advancement.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed and certified radon installer or ability to obtain license within 30 days
  • Ability to install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following documented process
  • Ability to run jobs independently and close out paperwork the same day
  • Capable of handling service calls on existing systems and completing post-install steps
