Job Summary
Troubleshoot engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems on customer job sites while maintaining a Class A driver's license. Perform high-quality repairs with a high sense of urgency to ensure quick response times for your geographic area. Maintain your own tooling and work responsibly, safely, and intelligently while engaging with customers, co-workers, and vendors respectfully. Requires five years of mechanical experience and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Join Road Machinery & Supplies Co., a 100-year-old distributor of construction and mining equipment in Sioux City, Iowa, dedicated to minimizing downtime for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain a Class A driver's license
- Five (5) years mechanical experience
- Possess own tooling to perform work
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently
- Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative
- Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner
- Push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Lift/carry up to 75 lbs
- Lift bulky objects
- Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, ladder climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward
