FIELD TECHNICIAN

Collect machine samples, perform bio-stick dip tests, and maintain coolant filters, washers, and paint systems to keep fluids within proper limits. Add chemicals including coolants, greases, oils, and biocides as directed, then enter daily results into site software. Calibrate laboratory equipment such as scales and pH meters, dispose of contaminated articles per waste management protocols, and maintain tools like pumps and sump suckers. Perform general cleaning of oil storage rooms, laboratories, and production floors, while supporting site organization initiatives for inventory and labeling. Operate onsite at customer sites/laboratories daily under a 4on/4off rotating schedule including weekends and holidays, adhering to the highest EH&S standards and company policies.
