Job Summary
Perform service activities at job sites for customer and sales and rental fleet equipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, diagnosing and repairing malfunctions, writing service reports, operating company vehicles, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have an Associates degree in Diesel Technology or related field, 6 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment repair, and must maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or closely related field preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of directly related experience in heavy equipment repair
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Class 'B' CDL required
Desired Qualifications
- Possess basic computer knowledge and ability to use service software required in position.
- Strong customer service skills
