Job Summary
Diagnose and repair agriculture equipment at customer locations, focusing on engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Perform welding and fabrication work as needed while traveling in a service vehicle to ensure peak uptime for clients. Analyze malfunctions in the field and execute timely repairs to support customer operations. Requires 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, a driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must provide own tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
