Job Summary
Diagnose and repair agriculture equipment at customer locations, ensuring accurate, timely fixes that maximize uptime. Analyze malfunctions in the field and rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems. Perform welding and fabrication work as needed while traveling in a service vehicle to interact with clients. Requires 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, a driver's license (CDL preferred), and the ability to work independently. Compensation ranges from $35-50/hr depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
