Job Summary
Assist with chimney inspections, sweeping, liner installations, and light masonry repairs while carrying tools, ladders, and equipment to job sites. Work on rooftops and scaffolding, set up and maintain safe work areas, and document progress using photos and job management software. Communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers while learning chimney, hearth, and venting systems over time. This full-time role includes paid training, 401(k) matching, and health reimbursement within a family-owned team focused on safety and craftsmanship in Western Massachusetts.

- Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors year-round
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures
- Honest when you do not know something

- Respectful in customers' homes and on job sites
- Detail-oriented and willing to document work properly
- Interested in long-term growth in a skilled trade
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to perform hands-on field work
- Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, ladders, and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, rooftops, and around customer homes
Desired Qualifications
- Prior chimney experience is helpful, but not required
- Chimney, HVAC, construction, masonry, roofing, landscaping, maintenance, warehouse, delivery, military, or other hands-on work
- Basic hand tool or power tool experience
- Customer service experience
- OSHA or other safety training
