Job Summary
Health & Safety Incident Response Technician (Field Technician) at On-Site Health & Safety supports health and safety compliance across diverse worksites (construction to refineries) in a company vehicle. The role involves providing first aid and incident reports, performing health screenings, drawing blood when certified, and ensuring regulatory adherence. The position offers a 4-days/10-hours workweek, a take-home company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, a 401k, and on-call rotations with some overnight/weekend shifts. Applicants must have education or experience in EMT/AEMT/Paramedic/Military Medic or LVN/LPN or related in-house training, be at least 18, have a valid driving history/insurance clearance, pass background and drug screenings, and be comfortable with public speaking and communicating instructions.
Required Qualifications
- EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
- Or with additional in-house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant
- Minimum qualifications: At least 18 years of age; insurable by motor vehicle insurance policy (3 years driving history or defensive driving training; no severe driving record); pass criminal background check; pass pre-employment drug screen
