Job Summary
Join Slip Robotics as a Field Robotics Technician responsible for supporting customers during product deployment and post-sales phases. You will assist sales teams with on-site demos, monitor customer robot fleets, troubleshoot issues, and document operational data. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, as well as mechanical and electrical familiarity. This role will require approximately 20% regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Good driving record and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass and maintain a DOT medical certification
