Job Summary
Field Technician to provide outdoor pest control services to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include inspecting and treating for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks and other outdoor pests; explaining service expectations to customers; maintaining good customer relationships; keeping chemical and operational records per state requirements; ensuring safe handling of pesticides; maintaining clean and organized service vehicles; and driving to customer locations with the ability to lift equipment over 60 lbs. while working in warm conditions. Must be willing to market Mosquito Joe services and meet state certification/licensing requirements; valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current certification/license as required by the state for the commercial application of pesticides
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours
- Complete pesticide certification requirements and continuing education requirements
