FIELD TECHNICIAN

FIELD TECHNICIAN performing mobile operations and repairs on equipment and installations. Responsibilities include carrying out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with technical support, drawing up parts lists, preparing interventions (parts, consumables, tools), advising on repair solutions and formalizing offers with internal/external stakeholders, conducting risk analyses prior to intervention, performing preventive and corrective maintenance per maintenance plans, ensuring equipment is in good working order after intervention, using technical documentation, performing simple commissioning, determining repair order qualifications (billable, warranty, contract), parameterizing and calibrating hardware per customer application, identifying opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool, completing operation-related documentation (reports, hours worked, logbooks), daily reporting to management, and occasionally providing back-up on another perimeter.
