Field Technician (Mechanic)

Field Technician (Mechanic) needed to maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our Seattle rental facility. You’ll diagnose issues, perform maintenance, track service intervals, order parts, and manage work orders using laptops/tablets, while adhering to safety standards and OSHA requirements. Responsibilities include servicing a variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, assisting in training lower-level technicians, maintaining complete documentation, and sometimes traveling to customer job sites for repairs. Strong mechanical aptitude, tool ownership, customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Year-round OEM training and on-site support are provided.
