Job Summary
Field Technician for Madison BCycle to be the public face in the field, performing electric bike battery swapping, station maintenance, data entry, and customer interactions. Responsibilities include balancing the e-bike fleet, operating a Ford Transit/van, maintaining stations, bike maintenance, scavenging/recovering abandoned bikes, event setup, and collaborating with Field Operations teams. Requires valid driver license, clean driving record, and a High school diploma or GED; 32 hours/week, four days (Wednesday–Saturday 12:00pm–8:30pm), outdoor work in varied temperatures, and a four-day work week.
