Job Summary
Leak Survey Technician responsible for inspecting natural gas distribution systems, detecting leaks with specialized gas-detection equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Role includes documenting findings and completing compliance reports, communicating professionally with homeowners, and performing duties outdoors with physical activity (walking 4–7 miles daily, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 25 pounds). Paid training and industry certifications are provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check, and comfort using technology.
