Job Summary
Perform hands-on work including pressure washing, dry/wet vacuum truck operations, steam cleaning, and basic industrial maintenance. Operate a company motor vehicle to travel to job sites, utilizing hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools while on location. Maintain proper operation of tools and equipment through regular care and light maintenance. Work in safe and healthy conditions following established safety and OSHA requirements, wearing necessary personal protective equipment in industrial plants and settings. This full-time position requires a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Flexible hours include some weekend and holiday work with overnight travel up to 50% via company vehicle, plus occasional on-call availability on a rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (for insurability purposes)
- Ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions and schedules
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend and holidays
- Overnight travel required up to 50%
- On-call availability occasionally on a rotating schedule
- Must be able to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear
- Must be able to follow all safety standards and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Three (3) years of general labor or construction experience preferred
- CDL - B Preferred
