Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use. Solve daily technical challenges using hand tools in various outdoor environments, including inclement weather. Build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers across diverse terrains. Travel to assigned customer premises and company facilities as necessary. Operate a company vehicle and safely lift up to 75 lbs while climbing ladders up to 32 feet. Complete on-the-job training to progress from Field Technician I through IV with salary increases and certification opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications

- Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards required

- Operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
- Work with small components and wires
- Work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather
