Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on proper usage. Solve complex technical challenges outdoors using hand tools and navigate various terrains, including inclement weather. Build relationships with colleagues and customers while traveling to assigned premises and company facilities. Operate a company vehicle safely and climb ladders up to 32 feet. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and proficiency in computers and software. Earn $20.50/hour with opportunities for self-progression and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
