Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on their use. Solve complex technical challenges outdoors using hand tools, computers, and software applications. Travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, including during inclement weather. Carry tools and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces. Maintain a valid driver's license and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments. Earn $20.50/hour with opportunities for self-progression through coursework and certifications. Requires high school diploma, English fluency, and proficiency in critical thinking and organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
