Job Summary
Lead and perform installation and service of a wide range of signage (wall, pole, monument, channel letters, vinyl graphics) at commercial/retail locations; diagnose and resolve field issues (electrical faults, misplacement); mentor junior team members and coordinate with project managers/clients; safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, and lift equipment; conduct site checks, load materials, ensure proper staging; ensure signs meet specs, alignment, and quality standards; follow OSHA safety standards and use PPE; read blueprints and installation instructions; travel locally/regionally as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in signage installation, general construction, or a technical trade preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required by project schedules
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
