Job Summary
Lead and perform installation of a wide range of signage (wall, pole, monument, channel letters, vinyl graphics) and provide service/maintenance including LED/fluorescent lighting, panel replacement, and structure checks. Conduct site checks and surveys, coordinate with project managers/clients on access and timelines, and ensure proper staging and transport of signage. Serve as on-site representative to clients, communicate progress and any issues to supervisors, and collaborate with installers, electricians, and subcontractors. Maintain OSHA safety standards, keep sites clean and secure, and use PPE and lifting equipment. Must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, comfortable with heights, and travel locally/regionally as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in signage installation, general construction, or a technical trade preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required by project schedules
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Experience with field service apps
- Comfortable with heights and working outdoors in variable weather conditions
- CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus
