Job Summary
Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine assignments and material needs. Select pipe sizes and types according to specifications, then load, secure, and unload equipment with appropriate tools. Inspect company vehicles and tools for safety prior to travel, and complete job site analyses. Assemble and secure pipes, fittings, and related equipment per project specs, then inspect, examine, and test installed systems using pressure gauges or hydrostatic testing. Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, pumps, and machines following specifications. Perform equipment demonstrations for customers upon installation if required. Track and maintain company tools, report damaged or missing items, and ensure total customer satisfaction prior to leaving the job site while answering questions. Follow QSE regulations and practice the company's safety culture. Work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Able to use a calculator, cellular telephone, and tape measure/ruler
- Able to read a map and calculate distances
- Must be Motivated
- Must be a Team player
- Must be Safety-Oriented
- Must have a Customer Service orientation
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
