Job Summary
Field Technician II responsible for maintaining rental equipment, diagnosing machine systems and components, responding to dispatched service calls, and communicating with the service department for parts and information. Duties include changing/rebuilding machine components, using pressure washing equipment, ensuring safe operating condition, performing welding/cutting/grinding, changing ground engaging gear, reading parts service instructions, maintaining driver logs, and providing professional customer service while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Annual MVR Review
