Job Summary
Field Technician I responsibilities include providing customer service and performing outdoor delivery/installation of concrete burial vaults. Primary duties involve loading, transporting, and unloading burial vaults, installing vaults into graves, assembling graveside tents, preparing graveside services, and arranging chairs and artificial grass. The role requires maintaining daily trip/post-trip logs, following maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment, keeping the work areas clean and organized, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and dignified burial presentation for families. Training will be provided; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work outdoors and schedule flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Loading, transporting, and unloading burial vaults
- Installing vaults into graves
- Assembling graveside tents
- Preparing graveside services
