FIELD TECHNICIAN I / II / III

Job Summary
Field Technicians I-III perform on-site testing and inspection of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate materials, document field observations and test results, prepare daily reports, and communicate findings to project management. They ensure testing procedures comply with project specifications and industry standards, coordinate with contractors and field personnel on active job sites, maintain testing equipment and calibration, and support quality assurance and quality control initiatives. Certifications vary by level (ACI and/or NAQTC as specified) and experience influences level assignment. The role requires outdoor work across construction sites and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Certifications: Field Technician I – ACI or NAQTC preferred; Field Technician II – ACI or NAQTC required; Field Technician III – BOTH ACI & NAQTC certifications required
