Job Summary
Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and setup of flushing equipment including pump skids, filtration units, hoses, and temporary piping. Install and connect temporary systems to facility and technology cooling loop piping under senior technician direction. Monitor pumps, gauges, and flow meters during operations, change filter bags, collect water samples, and perform basic field testing. Maintain a clean work area, complete equipment checklists and shift logs, and participate in daily toolbox talks. Follow all safety policies and procedures while traveling extensively to active data center sites for assignments lasting weeks or months. Shifts are typically 10–12 hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through work experience, vocational coursework, or hands-on hobbies (e.g., automotive, plumbing, agriculture, general construction)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) to project sites for extended assignments
- Basic computer skills sufficient to complete digital forms and logs
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 lbs., including pumps, hoses, filter housings, and temporary piping components

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction, mechanical trades, landscaping/irrigation, water treatment, or similar hands-on work
- OSHA 10 certification
- Forklift, scissor lift, or similar equipment operation experience
