Job Summary
Field Technician responsible for installing customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties, using electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, ensuring proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination, and educating customers on equipment; role involves proactive service upgrades, travel within the region, and on-call/overtime as needed. Training program and mentors provided, with company vehicle, tools, uniforms, and a strong benefits package including PTO, medical, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement. Intermittent travel and DOT-related responsibilities may apply.
