Field Technician Engineer

Install, repair, and provide technical maintenance for PC products and component hardware and software at customer locations. Perform advanced-level maintenance on all products, including lower-complexity installation activities, and resolve customer issues using advanced tools and technical knowledge. Take complete ownership of onsite service activities, schedule services, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure systems operate as designed. Identify and resolve systemic issues within the team, provide technical feedback to improve service delivery, and contribute to improved client-services metrics, reporting, and documentation. Requires high school diploma or GED, generally 2-4 years' experience, and eligibility for U.S. Government authorizations for export-controlled commodities.
