Job Summary
Respond to workplace injuries, provide first aid, and perform health screenings on industrial construction and refinery sites. Complete incident reports, support safety compliance, and deliver phlebotomy services after completing our in-house certification pathway. Serve as a steady, trusted presence for crews while traveling between worksites using a company vehicle. This mobile role operates 24 hours a day with on-call rotations including overnight and weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or Military Medic
- Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse
- Emergency Medical Responder, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, or CNA
- At least 21 years of age
- Insurable under our motor vehicle policy: 3+ years driving history or documented defensive driving training, no severe MVR hits
- Pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain compliant with ongoing testing
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Must be able to extend driving between sites, sometimes long distances
- Must be immunized against hepatitis B
