Field Technician - Earthmoving

Perform service and repair work on earthmoving equipment in field and shop environments, independently and as part of a team. Accurately evaluate, troubleshoot, and fix engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical components by removing, installing, disassembling, and reassembling parts. Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and testing to ensure optimal performance while adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Order and return parts timely and complete required on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and e-learning. Maintain a productive work environment by upholding brand values and demonstrating strong teamwork and customer service.
