Job Summary
Field Technician responsible for installing tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring; troubleshoot and resolve equipment and service issues; educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations. Role requires physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs, stand for long periods, operate in confined spaces, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
