Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural machines, components, and parts in the shop and field. Develop repair plans, determine necessary parts and tooling, and perform repairs with quality assurance testing. Maintain company assets, special tools, and the service vehicle while adhering to all safety guidelines and policies. Complete daily service reports, work order closures, and technical documentation for parts ordering and warranty reporting. Communicate repair progress to the supervisor and follow the company's parts and tool room procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Associate Degree in Diesel or Equipment Technology
- four (4) Years of apprenticeship experience
