Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, cleaning, and electromechanical troubleshooting on Coinstar kiosks within an assigned territory. Test all components for connectivity and software functionality, executing repairs by replacing worn parts and managing inventory. Conduct remote diagnostics to assist service representatives and prioritize field change orders, including signage updates and software installations. Plan daily routes based on service calls, loss prevention dispatches, and changing weather conditions to meet completion deadlines. Monitor market metrics to adjust weekly plans and ensure balanced delivery of expectations. Manage assigned assets, including vehicles and tools, while maintaining professional customer relations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of computer, electronic and electromechanical devices
- Associate Degree in electronics or similar concentration
- Basic background knowledge in computer hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of computer-controlled equipment
- Previous experience in handling a position of responsibility with limited direct supervision

- 1+ year of field experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- intermediate knowledge of current PC operating systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills focused on customer and team success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to comfortably shift gears in the face of daily changing tasks, priorities and conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license

- As required, employees must work a flexible schedule including early start times, holidays, weekends, etc.
