Job Summary
Service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, diagnosing product issues, and training them on financial equipment use across Allentown and surrounding areas. Utilize electro-mechanical skills and hand tools including multi-meters to troubleshoot low voltage electronics and mechanical systems. Maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record to support extensive daily travel, while lifting up to 50 pounds and working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. This role offers paid training, a company vehicle, and opportunities for cross-training in banking and retail lines within a growing field services division.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
- Electro-mechanical skills
- ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to multi-meter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
- Ability to learn through telephone training
- Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
- Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
- Ability to work both indoors and outside in all-weather and sit/drive for extensive daily travel
- Good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight
- Valid Driver's License and driving record in good standing
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
