Job Summary
Field Technician needed to service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, and diagnosing issues with financial equipment in Davenport and surrounding areas. Cross-training to support banking and retail lines, strong customer service, and the ability to train customers on proper use of equipment are required. Must have 3+ years of experience with low voltage electronics and electro-mechanical systems, proficiency with basic tools and Microsoft Office, and be able to travel; valid driver’s license with good driving record is required; must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied indoor/outdoor environments. Company provides vehicle, training, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience; Electro-mechanical skills; ability to use basic hand tools (e.g., multimeter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter); Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); Experience with mapping and routing apps (MapPoint or Google Maps); Ability to learn through telephone training; Great communication/customer service; Valid driver’s license with good driving record; Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds; Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather; willingness to travel to Davenport and surrounding areas; Equal Opportunity Employer statement present.
