Job Summary
Experienced Field Technician needed to service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, diagnosing issues with financial equipment, and training customers on proper use of equipment across Louisville and surrounding areas. Requires 3+ years in low voltage electronics and electro-mechanical systems; strong customer-service skills; proficiency with basic hand tools and mapping/routing apps; MS Office; valid driver’s license; ability to travel and lift 50+ lbs. Includes company vehicle, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
- Electro-mechanical skills required; ability to use basic hand tools including multi-meter/volt-ohm meter
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
- Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds; ability to stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to travel to customer sites; able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Excellent customer service and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
- A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
