Field Technician

Job Summary
In this Field Technician role, you will service customers by performing preventive maintenance, installation, diagnosing issues with financial equipment, and training customers on proper use throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas. Cross-training to support other lines of business (banking and retail) is possible, with a focus on electro-mechanical diagnostics, low voltage electronics, and customer service. The position requires strong communication, familiarity with tools (multimeter, voltmeter, VOM), basic Microsoft Office skills, and a valid driver's license for extensive travel. You will work in a dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth, training, company vehicle, benefits, and paid holidays/vacation/sick leave.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
- Electro-mechanical skills
- Safe or ATM Technical experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- driving record in good standing
- ability to lift/move 50+ pounds
- ability to travel extensively
