Job Summary
Experienced Field Technician to service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, diagnosing issues with financial equipment, and training customers on proper use of equipment across Elkhart and surrounding areas; role requires electro-mechanical skills, low voltage experience, travel, and strong customer service, with opportunities for growth and cross-training in banking and retail lines.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
- Electro-mechanical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable/insured vehicle
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds and endure travel
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
