Job Summary
Field Technician position in Elkhart, IN and surrounding areas. You will service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, diagnosing issues with financial equipment, and training customers on proper use of banking equipment. The role includes cross-training to support other lines of business (banking and retail), potential travel, company-provided tools and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires 3+ years of experience with low voltage electronics/electromechanical systems, proficiency with basic hand tools and meters, MS Office, and mapping/routing apps; must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied indoor/outdoor environments. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems and computer experience
- Electro-mechanical skills; ability to use basic hand tools including multi-meter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with mapping and routing applications (MapPoint or Google Maps)
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
- Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds; ability to stand, climb, bend, stoop, reach
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather; travel requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
