Job Summary
Field Technician in Indianapolis responsible for servicing customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, and diagnosing issues with financial equipment; will train customers on proper use of equipment across Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Must have electro-mechanical skills, 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, ability to use basic hand tools, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and map/routing applications, excellent customer service and communication skills, valid driver’s license with good driving record, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and ability to travel extensively. Cross-training to support other lines of business (banking/retail) is expected, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience
