Job Summary
Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties while troubleshooting reception performance issues and resolving problems from customer equipment to the first distribution amplifier. Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination, proactively suggest service upgrades, and educate customers on their new or existing equipment using electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools. This role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to lift 80 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in small, confined areas under all weather conditions. Candidates must have at least three months of customer service or related experience. Overtime and on-call work are expected, and successful completion of background checks, drug screenings, and DOT road tests is required before hire.

- High school diploma or GED
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Pass background, drug screening, and reference check
- Ability to meet and maintain requirements under the Company's DOT program
- Ability to successfully complete and pass a road test examination
- Ability to pass a driver's record safety review
- Ability to pass drug testing
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Ability to provide past employer safety performance history
