Job Summary
Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties while troubleshooting reception performance issues and resolving problems from customer equipment to the first distribution amplifier. Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination, suggest service upgrades, and educate customers on their existing equipment. Utilize electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to diagnose faults, maintaining a good driving record and valid license to drive the company truck. This role requires working in small, confined areas, lifting up to 80 lbs, and climbing ladders in all weather conditions. You must demonstrate at least three months of customer service experience or related training, with flexibility to work overtime and on-call as needed. Background, drug screening, and reference checks are required for hire.
Required Qualifications

- A valid driver's license in the state you are applying

- Ability to successfully work in small and confined areas
- Ability to lift to 80 lbs
- Ability to work on a ladder
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Demonstrated at least 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or GED
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Background check clearance

- Ability to meet and maintain DOT program requirements (road test, driver's record safety review, drug testing, DOT physical, past employer safety performance history)
