Job Summary
Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties; use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot customer service drops or outlets, diagnose and repair reception performance issues, and ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at each termination on the customer’s premises. Proactively suggest upgrades and educate customers on their new/existing equipment. Be prepared to take on other duties to support company values. Requires a good driving record and valid license; able to work overtime and on-call; capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in all weather; typically requires at least 3 months of customer service or related experience or an equivalent education/experience blend. Company-provided truck, uniforms, and a comprehensive benefits package are part of the role; pre-hire screenings and compliance with DOT regulations may apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills
- 3 months of customer service or related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
