Job Summary
Complete software installations, test components, and perform preventative maintenance for audio, video, and teleconferencing systems at customer sites. Troubleshoot technical issues across DSP, digital signage, and video wall displays while providing end-user training and reviewing installation documentation. Maintain a clean work environment and represent the company professionally during onsite visits. This role requires 50-75% on-site time with occasional domestic travel, extensive software installation experience, and the physical ability to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Software installation experience
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft/Windows products
- Windows Active Directory/User Management knowledge
- Windows file and data management knowledge
- Prior experience with wiring (CAT6/CAT5)
- Prior experience mounting equipment
- Ability to work solo or as part of a team
- Action oriented
- Time management skills
- Must be able to stand, kneel and/or crouch for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in high places, as well as small cramped places
- Must be able to work in hot humid places, as well as cold places
- Travel to customer on site locations within the assigned state or area--up to 50-75%
- Occasional travel to other US locations

- Prior A/V equipment experience
- Prior system installation experience
- Prior digital recording experience
- IT/Networking experience
- CTS and/or vendor certifications
