Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services, educate customers on usage, and solve technical challenges in outdoor environments. Carry tools and equipment across various terrains and weather conditions while climbing ladders up to 32 feet and working in confined spaces. Use hand tools, navigate company vehicles, and operate software applications to maintain connectivity for residential and business clients across 41 states. Travel to assigned customer premises and company facilities as necessary, including during inclement weather.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Valid Driver's license with safe driving record within company standards
- Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment
- Safely use weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs) and lift up to 75 lbs
- Climb ladders up to 32 feet and work in confined spaces and at heights
- Operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
