Job Summary
Install and repair services while educating customers on their use, utilizing hand tools and navigating various terrains and weather conditions. Solve complex technical issues outdoors, including climbing ladders up to 32 feet and working in confined spaces, while operating a company vehicle. Travel to customer premises and company facilities as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to build meaningful relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
