Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on usage. Solve technical challenges outdoors using hand tools and navigate various terrains, weather conditions, and confined spaces. Travel to customer premises and company facilities, including during inclement weather. Operate a company vehicle and climb ladders up to 32 feet. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Complete on-the-job training to progress through career levels and earn certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
