Job Summary
Field Technician at Spectrum: install and repair services, educate customers on their use, and perform outdoor fieldwork in a dynamic environment. Entry-level role with on-the-job training and a career self-progression plan to move from Field Technician I to IV with 10% increases per progression level and bonus for completing coursework; includes opportunities to earn an industry-recognized certification. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, fluent English, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work outdoors in varying conditions; responsibilities include handling hand tools and using computers/software to service customer premises. Locations center on Medford, OR, with on-site (in-person) work intended.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards
- Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Competent with hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from assigned locations
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work outdoors in various conditions
