Field Technician at Spectrum performing installation and repair of services, educating customers on usage, and progressing through a self-progression plan from Field Technician I to IV with 10% increases at each level. Requires outdoor field work, ability to travel to customer sites, and a High School diploma or GED. Training provided with opportunities for certification and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Schedule: Ability to travel to and from assigned customer premises
- Language: Fluent in English
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent in using hand tools
- Abilities: Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards required
- Physical: Walk over various terrains and weather conditions; lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 32 feet; operate company vehicle; work outdoors for extended periods
