Job Summary
As a Field Technical Manager, act as a Technical and Operational Liaison managing information flow and resolving escalated service cases for PRI's customer companies. Responsibilities include managing sensitive proprietary information, facilitating knowledge transfer sessions, providing training, and overseeing field operations. You will analyze and develop aftermarket processes, coordinate technical knowledge sharing, and ensure effective communication with management and clients. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong technical acumen and bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years experience in the automation field or in a technical support role or in site management including operation and safety
- Bilingual in English and Korean

- Ability to troubleshoot in depth service issues via phone and onsite
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence

- Ability to work in a technically dominated environment: engineering, contracting and construction trades
- Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve issues
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and properly describe problems and solutions
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Well-developed planning, organization, analytical, and decision making skills
- Proficient computer skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to produce clear, timely and concise documentation and have well developed problem solving skills.
