Job Summary
Field Technical Manager, Harvesting: deliver hands-on technical support to dealers, diagnose and resolve issues across AGCO harvesting machinery, promote dealer capability and knowledge sharing, collaborate with Area Sales and Commercial After Sales teams, and support service development. Responsibilities include on-site and remote technical support, issue analysis, warranty/policy handling, training and coaching of dealer staff, promoting AGCO Connect activation, and participating in events and product support activities. Requires 3-5 years of strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, fluent Spanish and English, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Strong communication, presentation, coaching, influencing, and negotiating skills are essential; must work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with the ability to support cross-functional teams and multi-system literacy. The role follows an onsite work model with a minimum of 4 days per week at an AGCO location/dealership to support collaboration and teamwork.
